Like RTVision, RTVision.t is also a system for inspecting adhesive joints and seals. The special feature of this new, innovative solution is a sensor for simultaneous adhesive application and inspection. The biggest advantage is the immediate recognition of adhesive application faults. Integration of the compact sensor directly at the adhesive application jet, allows it to inspect the adhesive immediately after application, eliminating additional inspection time.

The dimensions of the sensor, cameras and illumination are reduced to a minimum to integrate the sensor smoothly into the application system. The sensor is assembled directly to the application jet. The integration and setup time of the system are extremely low.
